Hi, I’m Rolve. I’m a learning experience designer skilled in combining strategy, storytelling, and interactivity to deliver training that makes learning unforgettable.
I apply structured design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM to develop solutions that are both learner-centered and results-driven. My background in engineering strengthens this process by refining my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills—qualities that ensure every course I design is well-structured, practical, and grounded in evidence-based strategy.
Collaboration and continuous improvement guide my work. I actively seek stakeholder input and combine it with proven instructional design models to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and resonate with learners. My focus is always on creating training that empowers people, builds confidence, and drives meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports, video games, and traveling, which continually inspire my creativity and perspective on learning.
